    Proceso operativo de transporte terrestre de alimentos refrigerados de la empresa Motorizados Express S.A.S

    The purpose of this research is to determine the improvements of the refrigerated food logistic process of the company Motorizados Express SAS. For this purpose, two theoretical referents were presented that founded this project with key and support activities that must be taken into account in an operational process. of cargo transport companies based on the advantages and disadvantages provided by the sector and which gave rise to what would be the appropriate operational process for land transport of chilled foods at the national level of MOTORIZADOS EXPRESS SAS ?. In order to respond to the above by means of the qualitative quantitative method of an investigation, it is possible to provide primary and secondary information that helps to identify that there is a logistics process within the company that lacks structure, for this reason it is sought to identify the transport sector of refrigerated cargo at the national level, analyze the operational process of transportation of the company through the SWOT matrix and design a proposal for the appropriate operational process of it. In this way, it is concluded that the land transport sector of refrigerated cargo has generated new claimants that arise as a result of market needs such as the tobacco sector, medicines, flowers, cosmetics, perfume, chemicals, art, engineering materials, and antiques. This has generated companies such as Motorizados Express S.A.S evidenced the opportunity to exercise such economic activity and generate business and economic growth.
