    La importancia de la implementación del proceso de recursos humanos en la empresa mundo pedal

    This work corresponds to an academic research exercise which seeks to build and implement human talent processes in the company Mundo Pedal in the municipality of Apartadó Antioquia, based on administrative foundations that allow the improvement of human talent management of the company, which are oriented and have a vision of the new trends in the world of human capital. The above developed under the ideal of formulating an enhanced development model based on human talent management processes within the MSMEs (and may be established in others beyond the specific company), which will allow them a greater impact on a personal and productive level. The model devised for this research is broken down into four specific objectives related to the development of human talent management processes, organizational structure and manual of positions and functions, as well as the creation of internal communication channels to identify the level of satisfaction of employees.
