    Lineamientos para el desarrollo de un módulo didáctico que permita mitigar el sedentarismo, causado por la hiperconectividad en jóvenes de 14 y 15 años

    The following article has as its main aspect to show the problem of sedentary lifestyle caused by hyperconnectivity. It also aims to show mechanisms that allow establishing a path of action in order to counteract the difficulty. In this sense, a series of guidelines will be established for the construction of a Didactic Module that allows mitigating the impacts caused by hyperconnectivity and with it the sedentary lifestyle. In this way, in the first place, the antecedents that argue the existence of the problem will be addressed. Secondly, the respective background analysis is carried out, which gives way to the third moment, where the necessary guidelines are explicit.
