    Tejido molecular urbano-arquitectónico. Estrategia para reducir la fragmentación socio espacial en el barrio Juan XXIII.

    The main objective of the research project is to plan strategies that contribute to reducing socio-spatial fragmentation, causing imbalance in the territory by bringing consequences such as: strong discontinuities, isolation of activities between different inhabitants, disintegration of the physical and social fabric, and specifically in the neighborhoods of Juan XXIII, Las Acacias, Maria Cristina and Nueva Granada, where the greatest impact of fragmentation and segregation of social life was identified in the Juan XXIII neighborhood; the methodological process was carried out by means of the territorial method, where the work in the field and the community were participants in the urban architectural development of the place, being this the result that led to the urban architectural molecular fabric strategy that manages to distribute in an organized way the structure of the territory, which articulates elements such as the user the form and the function integrating the physical and social fabric with the different social, environmental and functional aspects of the fragmented territory.
