    The development of a mobile delivery application is designed to be launched in the most traditional towns of Colombia. This application is proposed as a modernization of the purchasing process maintained in these regions, where it is still customary to request mass consumer products through phone calls or by going directly to commercial establishments. Additionally, a factor that contributes to this situation is that major delivery applications do not cover these areas. For the residents of these towns, it presents a solution that allows them to order the products they want at any time from the application, which will also expand the range of products they can request. For merchants, the application will provide a way to gain visibility with their customers, as people tend to buy from the most recognized establishments or those they have bought from before. This will improve market competitiveness since all establishments can offer their products, and people will buy the ones that interest them the most in terms of quality and price. The application offers an intuitive user interface and an order tracking system, ensuring the reliability of the application.
