    This degree work, arises from the need to promote and promote wine tourism in order to become a lifestyle today, since this type of tourism has not been very exploited in Colombia, as well Its production, its crops, its sale, its consumption, perhaps due to lack of knowledge and information, the lack of use of the winemaking activity and its practice. Therefore, it is proposed to encourage the wine tourism activity, through an oenological circuit where each of the stages for winemaking, the cultivation as such of the grape, as well as where concise information can be known. encourage the approach with the wine activity, an activity that will be developed in the Sierra Morena vineyard located in the municipality of Zapatoca Santander. Through this activity, we seek an approach and change the concept towards the consumption of wine, make known its history, its benefits and generate greater interest and through sufficient tools contribute significantly to wine tourism. It is for this reason that through this circuit it is sought to promote the viticulture activity through activities that help the growth of wine tourism in this case in the Sierra Moreno vineyard through the circuit exposed by this document
