Internacionalización del modelo de los fondos de empleados.
Castañeda-Guzman, Geraldine Zharick; Clavijo-Baquero, Wilson Esneyder; Rocha Alfonso, Andres
In Colombia at the end of December 31, 2018 there are 113 employee funds in full category, 98 in intermediate, and 254 in basic (Supersolidaria,2018), this type of entities have achieved the acquisition of savings and offer of credits to employees registered in these funds under the mutuality method, however, in investigations conducted by the National Employees' Fund Association previously, it was determined that outside entities such as those mentioned above, and that the most similar figure was found outside are cooperatives. Therefore, the National Employees' Fund Association (ANALFE) carried out the search for a market that allows access to the model of employee funds, taking into account that the legal framework in the solidarity economy of that country is similar to Colombia, and which is in addition to this, is a country that currently and in the future has economic and political stability. For the development of the research, the mixed model was used, which means that qualitative sources such as descriptive and quantitative information such as databases were used. The results show that the two countries most appropriate for 2019 to submerge the model of employee funds are Chile and Peru, since unlike other countries they have economic stability, and in turn have laws of benefit to the model you are looking to implement.
