    Implementar un modelo de evaluación de desempeño para los empleados en la organización Silplas Plásticos Industriales S.A.

    This work arises from the proposal to implement a performance evaluation model in the Silplas Plásticos Industriales SA organization. Its purpose is to identify the individual competencies associated with conduct, knowledge, effectiveness, skills, teamwork, leadership and the way in which these promote the performance of tasks and the result over competitiveness management. The study method used was analysis, under the research-action design and a mixed approach. To carry out this project, a qualitative-quantitative questionnaire was created, based on a 90° job performance evaluation, designed with Google Forms tool, for each area with a consent that allows evaluating closed questions with just one answer. The entire population was taken into account (with the exception of the General Manager), made up of 30 men (75%) and 10 women (25%). The suveyed were grouped as follows: 77.5% operational personnel, 12.5% Head Positions and 10% administrative personnel. According to the results obtained, the organization needs to create an action plan that allows to improve and strength in the skills the wokeers, so it is recommended to create a training and education program to enhance these skills and improve the performance of workers, prioritizing the learning capacity and proactivity; factors that showed shortcomings in a considerable number of workers.
