    KOBA Colombia S.A.S. is a company that offers university students who are nearing the end of their professional careers internships within the areas that make up the organization. However, it does not have an instructive of functions and processes that allow the practitioner to perform their work with greater ease and security generating reprocesses in the activities to be performed. That is why, after a diagnosis of the current situation of the company focused on the area of treasury, the creation of nine flowgrams is carried out that contain in a particular way a clarity of the functions to perform, in addition to a step by step that explains in detail the process that must be carried out to achieve compliance. Through the implementation of the project, the aim is to offer a contribution to the work carried out by KOBA's treasury area that will allow it to improve and speed up the process of integration of the university intern to the activities that he or she must carry out, guaranteeing greater productivity in his or her daily work.
