    The main objective of this project is to characterize the dynamics of local consumption of wine manufactured in Villa de Leyva, Boyacá-Colombia, collecting theoretical, historical, geographical and conceptual information; With the support of field trips, visits to libraries to obtain evidences that allow us to sustain in a clear and concise way the general objective of the project.
