The absence of tax planning in Colombian companies has become a problem that, at first sight, goes unnoticed, however, its consequences can be alarming because in the absence of a strategy of business administrative anticipation the savings results are wasted against the tax burden generating bad cash flows and even non-compliance in fiscal obligations. Based on this postulate, the question that gives rise to the development of this work is generated. How to prepare the total logistics tax planning for 2018 that can help improve the cash flow of the company? In accordance with the BID 5 methodological guidelines, case study design, information gathering, information analysis, report preparation and dissemination, the case study development is determined by determining the findings in which it is evident that the company does not has an annual budget, in addition the income statement of 2016 presents inconsistencies regarding its deductions. The budget is prepared, and the tax is projected for 2018, as well as the cash flow and a correction project for the 2016 rent with its respective penalty, showing the company the importance of doing a tax planning to avoid affecting your cash flow; the 2017 income statement is also done taking the 2016 correction project as accepted.
