    The application of the quality management system will allow the Bogotana de Bolsas company to develop efficient and ordered processes in such a way that they facilitate their productive and operative activities, which leads to the need for tools that allow them to position themselves and be more competitive, improving the sales volumes and the quality of the products offered. The quality management system proposed in the company Bogotana de Bolsas, is based on an operational structure of work with administrative procedures that seek continuous improvement, competitiveness and quality. The above, revealing a diagnosis that will allow to determine if it complies with the requirements of the ISO 9001-2015 standard and verify in what position it is. The main interest of the company is to apply the Quality Management system looking for the continuous improvement of its processes and procedures.
