    This internship was carried out in the Bogotá La Picota Metropolitan Complex supported by a Quality Management System, focused on compliance with the Colombian Technical Standard NTC-ISO 9001 version 2015. In the initial diagnosis that was carried out in the Penitentiary la Picota, it was determined that it is necessary to carry out the standardization of the evaluation process, in order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the CET evaluation process. Taken How to achieve the standardization of the PPL evaluation process of the Bogotá La Picota metropolitan complex? The nature of the present internship comprises a qualitative approach. Using interviews and trainings to know the points of view of each official participating in the evaluation of the PPL and reach an agreement to have a standard in the evaluation of each inmate and thus not have bottlenecks and generate delays in the process. As a result, a manual was obtained as a guide for the evaluation of each inmate, reducing the guardianship actions filed by 6,43% per month, which were due to the little coverage that was had in the establishment's PPL classifications. , the number of evaluated per session was increased by 107,59% monthly and the evaluation times went from an average of 7 minutes per PPL to approximately 4 minutes, decreasing by 42,85% the time used for each evaluation, making more efficient the process carried out in the CET.
