    PROLIMZA SAS is widely recognized in the cleaning and maintenance of building exteriors both within Bogota and nationally. It specializes in the cleaning of new buildings, established housing developments, commercial buildings, shopping centers, education centers, military bases, factories and new housing developments. It offers a wide portfolio of services within both the private and public seeking to provide an immediate solution to the cleaning and maintenance needs of Colombian companies, with a human and operational capital with high professional skills. The management structure is divided into different responsibilities which includes administration, environmental, technical and operations. The problem however is there is no clear system to define the boundaries within the management structure and According to the situation presented in the company, it is decided to carry out this work has been made to identify what these defects are within PROLIMZA. SAS. The general proposal Is based upon restructuring the area of selection starting with job positions and to formally document the process of recruitment, selection of personnel, payroll and induction. The focus of this work is to be descriptive, finishing with suggestions in respect of how viable it is to implement new strategies in the area of selection given the available resources.
