Castro-Carrillo, Andres Gerardo; Castro-Carrillo, Laura Stefanny; Yepes-González, Nelson Vladimir
The main objective of this document is the development of a proposal for the design, documentation and planning of the Quality Management System, based on the NTC-ISO 9001 of 2015 for the company Penta de Colombia Ltda. This project was born from the need that organizations currently have to be much more competitive in the national and international market, with the opening of new market niches, with the innovation and creation of new products and services. Globalization has pushed industries to advance by great strides, which leads organizations to look for tools and methodologies that allow them to show in broad strokes what they are capable of creating and developing. Therefore, a work methodology is established, based on the requirements of NTC ISO 9001:2015, starting by determining the level of compliance of the organization with respect to the requirements of the standard, followed by the identification of the current context of the organization, which leads to the development of planning, leadership and support. Likewise, the risks to which they are exposed are identified, documentation is carried out and a continuous improvement plan is stipulated. Leading the organization to a higher level of competitiveness.
