    Propuesta de evaluación de conformidad y estructuración de requisitos del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo bajo la norma ISO 45001 para SHINEMA S.A.S.

    The objective of this undergraduate thesis was to develop an intervention proposal by conducting a compliance and conformity assessment of the OHSMS at SHINEMA S.A.S. against the requirements established in the ISO 45001:2018 standard, with aim of supporting the company's certification process. The study was carried out using a descriptive approach, based on qualitative research and a case study methodology. The primary data collection instrument was a compliance checklist developed according to the requirements of the ISO 45001:2018 standard. The assessment revealed an overall compliance level of 72.5%. Based on this diagnosis, gaps were identified, enabling development of an action plan aimed at reducing non-compliance with the requirements of ISO 45001:2018. Additionally, a corporate infographic was delivered to the company as a communication tool for interested parties. The infographic presents the assessment results, the proposed action plan, and the importance of ISO 45001:2018 certification, with the purpose of promoting awareness and strengthening the organization's preventive safety culture.
