    This research Project has a certain goal which it is to make a comparison between Colombia and chile, related to a specific topic which is focus on how to put in practice some strategies in enterprices where the main ideas are to improve the work environment, provide good benefits to the workers, in adittion improve the proactivity of employees and make sure that the goals that the company has are able to be achived. This reaserch Project was able to be done base on the academic content,for instance, company magazines, monograhies, stadistics about the opinión some employees and websides about work satisfaction, cashless incentives and emotional payments. The results of this research shows The results of this research shows the necessary to improve non-salary compensation which allows to implement plans and strategies that help the employees out to get a greater sense of business productivity, in this way it’s possible to obtain an economic action for a service given. To conclude, the aim is to find a balance between non-wage compensation and work capacity, by the way improving resources and the worker’s performance.
