This document explains the process that was carried out to know the technical and functional aspects of Bluetooth Low Energy technology as frequency ranges in which it operates and range of coverage of the signal. After that, identify which devices implement this technology and how they operate. Once this information was analyzed, it was possible to identify devices that used this technology called Beacons, which, by integrating BLE into the composition of their hardware, allow interaction with mobile devices by means of the electromagnetic signals emitted. Subsequently, aspects such as composition of the hardware, way of feeding and operation, among other technical factors were analyzed, which allowed us to think about the idea of integrating these two technologies together with an application developed with free software platforms. This in order to obtain a reading of the data that was transmitted by the Beacons using bluetooth signals such as the signal strength, voltage and temperature recorded by the Beacon. Finally, it was decided to develop a second application but in this case it would interact according to the power captured with three Web pages developed using public cloud infrastructure that would work under the IaaS and SaaS scheme. Once the solution has been fully developed and implemented, it is possible to perform stress and operation tests on both the Web pages and the applications developed interacting with it on different mobile devices that have an Android version 5.0 or higher.
