    The distribution chain is essential for companies, regardless of size, therefore it is essential to have the best management of it, to avoid high cost overruns, which translate into losses for entrepreneurs. In any process it is important that through the distribution chain we make a more efficient and effective planning for the company, taking into account that through the distribution chain we can detect the shortcomings and give continuous improvements, since this is a process which involves all the areas and provides an integrated systematization of the whole process that the company has in its different stages. In the document we analyze the processes that the specific company has for the development of the productive object and thus go on to explain to the theorists with the processes that should be carried out, according to what is currently handled in different companies and with This, in the third chapter, addresses the company with the key factors that must be taken into account for an optimal distribution chain, according to the need.
