    Bogotá is the principal trading capital in Colombia, it has companies in all industries; This is how Club Steak Express after an eight-month trajectory in the market does not have a strategic organizational plan, so the need arises to carry out a study of its surroundings taking into account the different stages for its development as they are: Formulation Of the strategy which consists of corporate law, legal, vision, mission, organizational values, internal and external analysis, implementation of objectives, policies and allocation of resources. Appreciation of the strategy proving that the sample of the state of the projected results and financial indicators of the present project is feasible.
