    In the present work, the results obtained from the design of the documentation according to ISO 9001: 2015 are delivered, which will serve as a starting point so that the company Tejidos y Confecciones M y B can implement and be certified in this standard. For the development of the documentation, some objectives were established in order to develop the documentation as required by the standard. In the first place, the initial diagnosis of the company was made to know how it was facing the requirements of the standard, supported by the matrix. DOFA, as a second activity, the risk matrix was elaborated that would allow identifying the areas of the company that were at high risk and the actions to be taken, as a third activity, the planning of the system is developed, obtaining the context of the organization its mission, vision, quality policy and its objectives, followed by the organization chart of the company was drawn up and this was used as a basis for the creation of the process map that is intended to help in the creation of the characterization of the processes, finally with In order to be able to control and monitor the performance of the company and the S.G.C, the necessary documents and procedures were prepared. to carry out the audits.
