    Sistema de producción en la Empresa Alto Grado SAS

    The work consists of implementing a production system in the company Alto Grado SAS, through the development of planning and programming activities of production, plant distribution, storage and supply of inputs. Initially, a diagnosis was made using the methodology known as "Diagnóstico Empresarial Unico de Jica" (Japan International Corporation Agency, 2014), which is based on developing a comprehensive diagnosis of the five critical áreas of the company: storage, plant distribution, production, quality and production scheduling. Based on the descriptions contained in the items. Using checklists, through the technique of direct observation and unstructured interviews in order to know more deeply its operation and product management. To observe in detail the checklists evaluating each one of the five areas, percentage by means of a graph of radar determines two areas with greater deficiencies which were; production and distribution in plant. To solve these shortcomings, a production system was implemented in the Alto Grado SAS Company. It consisted in developing technical sheets for industrial machines and for the six most demanded products by the company, having this information we developed roadmaps allowing us to observe the process to reach the final product through a chronological order by its different processes to perform.
