The research addresses the case study of the company Tecnicentro Nuevo Horizonte, is an automotive services company located in the municipality of Villeta in which the different areas were studied in order to improve services, expand the market and focus on growth . When making the diagnosis, and according to each module studied, it is possible to identify a series of problems present in the daily processes of the company; strategic management as a backbone is applied with the aim of seeking greater competitiveness, financial stability, and market growth. The development of the research took into account two components: the investigative, and the disciplinary, the latter has as main purpose to generate a proposal that includes changes, modifications and executable action plans that take the company to levels of stability. This project has a purpose and is to highlight the importance of the different areas that make up the company, and its relationship with the achievement of goals set by the administration; teamwork, assertive communication and a clear vision, produces clear ways of where the market is going. To conclude, this document collects valuable contributions for the company Tecnicentro Nuevo Horizonte, since it is possible to apply improvement plans within the organization, and this in order to strengthen its processes and thus ensure the sustainability of the company.
