    Planeación tributaria para JFR industriales S.A.S

    Tax planning plays a very important role in organizations as it is a tool that allows to be updated in tax matters to know both the obligations and the benefits and the constant changes that the law has. In this work, a tax planning projection was carried out for the company JFR Industriales S.A.S for the year 2018. The method used was qualitative taking information with accounting supports, financial statements, through interviews and field work, which allowed the optimal development of the Planning. In the result it is seen as JFR Industriales S.A.S. It has at its disposal an adequate Tax Planning for its organization and can calculate the taxes and lower the tax burden of income tax and complementary benefits and deductions taking advantage of the provisions of the law, without penalties or errors in which it can be incurred due to lack of planning and that the cash flow is not affected.
