    Propuesta de un modelo conceptual de producción en una mipyme metalmecánica mediante la gestión de los procesos dentro de la cadena de valor

    The objective of this research was to design an improvement plan to increase productivity in the IHCZ MSM production area. The production and manufacturing process of its products, suppliers, critical factors of the company and the analysis of the environment were established as the object of study. The methodology used included direct observation of the production process of the different items that the company produces, time control sheet, costs, distribution in the plant and its location, analysis of suppliers, market analysis and improvement focused on each of its factors. Critics. In the evaluation carried out, problems such as: deficient production, disorderly work area, lack of information, inadequate organizational structure, shortage of personnel, non-compliance with orders, and lack of motivation of personnel were found, in addition, there is no standard of time in the execution of tasks. , unsuitable plant location and distribution. The research proposal based on the PHVA methodology applied to each of the critical factors evaluated for the research in order to improve the productivity of the company, for which different engineering tools were implemented for the analysis and improvement of each one of these factors studied.
