    Estrategias implementadas en las empresas de transporte público del municipio de Pitalito - Huila para la retención de personal en el periodo 2022-2025

    In many Colombian companies it is currently observed that there are not enough guarantees that allow the collaborator to feel comfortable with his relationship, so the Human Resources area must manage to guarantee the retention of personnel, since the dismissal of a collaborator represents for the company high costs, administrative wear, failure to meet objectives, low productivity and finally situations that hinder processes and procedures and do not allow the continuous progress of companies. Therefore, the present project is a study that seeks to analyze the main causes for which there is a high rate of staff turnover in companies that provide public transport service in the Individual Passenger Taxi modality of the Municipality of Pitalito - Huila. The results and analysis obtained once a satisfaction survey has been applied, will be socialized to the three companies that unionize the drivers of the municipality: AEROTRANS LTDA, LÍNEAS TIMANCO SAS and SURT SAS, through this project the administrations of the companies will be able to clearly demonstrate the causes, conclusions and recommendations that we suggest, so that they are taken into account for the continuous improvement of the working conditions of all collaborators.
