    Diseño de procesos para el desempeño del personal de la Empresa Cristian Boutique II

    The present work has as purpose to determine the current situation that is presented in the company CRISTIAN BOUTIQUE II, for it was developed an integral diagnosis allowing to identify the areas that need intervention of improvement, different visits to the company are made, an interview to the general manager is carried out and surveys to all the staff to obtain a more deep knowledge on the operation, therefore it was found that the area to intervene is the area of human resources with emphasis to improve the performance of the personnel for it five key processes of this area were determined which were manual of functions, training, performance evaluation, selection and communication, and the need to implement a proposal for improvement arose. To this end, a corporate identity was created, an organizational chart was structured to establish the levels of hierarchy and lines of command, a functions manual was drawn up according to the position, and processes and procedures were designed to facilitate the development of the collaborators.
