Item Propuesta para la mejora de los procesos operacionales bajo la filosofía lean service en el centro de efectivo de la empresa Prosegur s.a. en Bogotá D.C.Capera Duarte, John Jairo; Meza Torres, Ricardo EfrenThe following proposal is intended to show a series of problems that burdens the company Prosegur S.A. in its operational area promptly the CEF (center), with special emphasis in the daily operation and its impact on the organizational strategy of the company. Also used the main tools of quality control, industrial maintenance, engineering time and motion as the main basis in the theory of operation and customer satisfaction as a major beneficiary, evaluating the strategies of this organization. In addition, in order to support these theories is proposing several models of improvement as Kaizen and theory X, Y, in the operational attention involving directly to the day-to-day staff that frequent the area. To find a number of inconveniences that motivate the development of the project in the cash center seeks to design a proposal that will benefit each business process. Subsequently identified the problems the fundamental objective is to find a more flexible area focused on each process, machinery, equipment and personnel, all this is possible with the collaboration of each person involved in their processes. After the analysis and evaluation of the production, flow and management of processes already designed from a long time ago, taking into account relevant customer related aspects such as priority areas, and volumes on specific days, flow of the operation, organization and distribution of the area, work schedules, operational burden among others.
