    Planificación del sistema de gestión ambiental bajo la Norma ISO 14001 2015 para la empresa Rectificadora de Motores Técnicos Asociados

    This document describes the activities carried out during the internship that was carried out in the company RECTIFIER DE MOTORES TÉCNICOS ASOCIADOS, whose main objective was the planning of the environmental management system based on ISO 14001 versions 2015. As the first specific objective for the development of the project, an initial diagnosis of the organization had to be carried out, as well as the application of a SWOT matrix, which allowed identifying the current state against compliance with environmental requirements and practices, followed by the proposal of the problem. Based on the results obtained, the second objective was developed, giving as a proposal the inclusion of improvements and updates to strategic planning as Mission, Vision, Objectives, Principles and values that were consistent with the environmental management system. Finally, the third objective was developed, which consisted in the planning of the SGA for the company guided by the parameters established in the Standard, where it was searched through tools such as the Pestel matrix to identify possible changes in the environment that could affect the organization. , also the identification of the needs and expectations of the interested parties to determine the scope of the environmental system. Once all these factors were identified, the proposal of the environmental policy followed by the environmental objectives was proposed, which aims to improve and preserve the environment by promoting sustainable development.
