    The content of this document, seeks to expose the professional training process in the Uniagustiniana of the owner and manager of Embedi SAS, a Colombian company that designs, manufactures and sells women's clothing at national level, and the possible relationship in the commercial growth of the company, the work is composed of 4 phases that allow the understanding of the research work; phase 1: Description of the problem, this stage describes the approach to the problem that gives rise to this document; phase 2: In this phase the referential framework is developed, allowing to identify previous studies, specific concepts of the topic to be treated, as well as the context of the company; Phase 3: At this point, the development of the research exercise is presented, because it is a case study, an interview was conducted with the owner of the Embedi SAS organization, to explore the possible relationship between academia and business execution; Phase 4: In this phase the conclusions and recommendations generated by the case study are evidenced.
