Item Fortalecimiento en la gestión comercial de las empresas afiliadas a la Cámara de Comercio e Industria Colombo ChilenaNiño-Delgadillo, Leidy Yohana; Buitrago-Lara, Heilin Ginneth; Bonilla-Garcés, Sergio David; Rocha Alfonso, AndresThe objective of this work is to carry out a quantitative and qualitative study about the Colombian Chilean Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCICC), which as an entity that manages the promotion and conducts the establishment of lasting links, has played a crucial role in improving relations between Colombian and Chilean companies having as a priority their affiliated companies, whose interest is the creation of contact, later, the offer of goods and services that have affiliated companies from different sectors, to achieve this an exhaustive search of the information is necessary by the CCICC in order to reach the target companies that each affiliate seeks, as well as the development and implementation of new businesses between the two countries through interpersonal relationships. Through a survey study, the concept of the commercials and managers who work within it is made known through surveys, this in order to have concrete results of the different opinions on the commercial management carried out. The surveys are designed with open, multiple-choice and assessment questions to have a better perception of the opinion of the different interest groups, once the information is collected, it is analyzed and the statement of the problem to which it will be sought. provide a solution based on the objectives set and the strategies created for improvement purposes within the CCICC, this improvement will be made through the creation of a value proposition that allows improving the flow of information within the CCICC and increasing interpersonal relationships between the affiliates and the CCICC, also between the affiliates themselves and the companies outside the CCICC in order to generate greater loyalty on the part of the affiliates by meeting business needs by creating contact.
