    The managerial and strategic aspects of the companies must be approached according to their particular characteristics and respond to their needs and purposes. Currently, business administration handles common or key elements of organizational management that are addressed from certain frames of reference, and serve as a route to maintain the level of competence and strategic positioning. Taking the foregoing into account, this document proposes the design of strategies for the improvement of the processes in the Colmenuts Company, so that in the future it improves its position in the market. These strategies will be developed based on the diagnosis of the current situation, and their purpose is to generate management processes that respond to real needs, high quality standards and customer satisfaction criteria.
