When perceiving that in the city of Bogota the tendency that exists is that people or families have a Pet as a companion or as a member of the family, and that due to the desire of this same city they are not given the attention, or the necessary care that they deserve, sometimes for families they become burdens that even they themselves do badly. For the first reason and being part of the growth and use of the Internet we decided to create a web portal that interacts with a mobile application for one of the Veterinarians with the most pet flow in the Álamos sector in the city of Bogotá, which will provide access to Veterinary Center in one place and from any place where the person is located if it is registered in the application. The development of this mobile application for veterinary medicine will provide an added value to the services offered to its customers (Mascotas) opening the way to new alternatives both for advertising for the Veterinary Center and for the client to access the services offered by the Veterinary Center.
