    Propuesta de mejora de procesos productivos mediante la filosofía Lean Manufacturing en la empresa Tintorería Megaprocesos y Terminados S.A.S. de Bogotá D.C.

    In the present project they are applied and deepen the concepts belonging to the program Industrial Engineering, based on the need to create added value to the industry, in this case, the company Tintorería Megaprocesos y Terminados S.A.S. opens the doors with the purpose of engaging in a relationship that will enable to propose and design improvements in each one of the processes and areas with which account the same, this allows to investigate in the textile sector and in this way to evaluate the possibilities of projection industrial in future in the company, the elaboration and synthesis of the proposed improvements and the analysis of the most viable investment options making the technology, the flow of information, quality and industrial processes are addressed jointly to the same goal: The industrial growth through the integrity of processes between yes including of the company. In Tintorería Megaprocesos y Terminados S.A.S. It seeks mainly study the current state of the company, its principal customers and standards of response in quantity and quality during a certain period of time, complying with the orders of release and levels of satisfaction of the end customer, as well as the study of the contracted suppliers as the main source of material of initial work, then through due process of handling textiles up to obtain a final product that supplies the current market and complies with the standards of quality; in this sense, the project in question will examine and analyze each one of the stages of the process and its proper information for decision-making major improvement, making reference to: cycle times, quantities per batch, quality in each stage, organization, displacement of the material, movements of operators, among others executed, and described in depth in the present work. There is a need to grow industrially and to establish principles of competitiveness in the organization to enable it to be introduced in the market today globalized, which drives to find complementary solutions between yes, under technology parameters, resource utilization, care of the human resource and environmental, standardization of processes, and continuous improvement, as well as the importance of the implementation of strategies engineering as the Just In Time, or the adoption of philosophies based on Lean Manufacturing, among others taken as reference and the base of the large industries for their sustainability and maturity in the market.
