    Blanco-Arevalo, Jeisson Antonio; Cely, Edilberto
At Uniagustiniana, sports influence the life of a student for the contribution of their formation and integral development, but it is also observed the efforts that students make to be able to access the sports groups. The research identifies the implications that Uniagustiniana students have when participating in a sports group of institutional welfare, through a research methodology with a qualitative approach a case study was carried out, the selection of the sample was by convenience where six active students of Uniagustiniana were selected from three representative sports of the institution to whom a semi-structured interview was applied by means of the digital platform Zoom, due to the quarantine situation that the city is currently experiencing. The results of the research show the social, labor, academic and economic implications that students who practice sports at Uniagustiniana have, and it is evident how sports elevate the well-being of students, contribute to the establishment of productive social relationships and generate attitudes of commitment to themselves and to the University, forging strong bonds of love and sense of belonging to the institution.
