    The next work was related with the fact of formulating a participative Project, to the improvement of the tourist services of Guadalupe hill, which answers the need of plan the tourism in this place by different actors: The town hall og Bogotá and its organs of tourist promotion, the town hall of Santa fé, the archidiocese of Bogotá, the Aqueduct factory and sewerage of Bogotá and the interested People in offering tourist services. The authors relate a metodologyc investigation and compilation of being dates abour the development of the tourist activity in Guadalupe hill. Analysis of second information about tourist attratives though, of the interested people in this activity and camp made visits, indentified interests of the different groups or People that act or are in course in the tourist development of the place.
