    Currently, human management administration is composed of a great variety of functions and processes that are focused on the exploitation and improvement of human resource capacities, in order to have a better use of human capital and in this way, to obtain favorable results that lead to the achievement of the organization's objectives. Starting from the previous statement, it becomes essential that all organizations have the capacity and knowledge about managing their human resources in an efficient way, they also need to be competitive to retain the obtained talent, developing and enhancing the skills of their human talent, in the search to accomplish the objectives of the company and sustain themselves competitively in the market. Through this work, we are looking to provide the company “LABORATORIOS PRONABELL SAS”, a complete proposal for the creation of its Human Management department with the complete processes of Selection, hiring, induction and loyalty of the entire staff.
