    Mobbing is considered one of the most recognized forms of psychosocial risks that exist, and which refer to the conditions present in different work situations that can affect the development of work and the well-being of the members of an organization. For the above the objective of this study is to present the knowledge that exists to prevent and to diminish the workplace harassment and in effects. this study will follow the qualitative research and descriptive and used tools such us one survey the was perform online with 69 people over the age of 18 years. The results of the study we help to identify the knowledge and the perception of the surveyed have of their workplace harassment and their productivity in the company. The results will also, show the need to apply protocols in the organization to prevent, mitigate and eliminate practices that may be considered as harassment at work and may affect the health of workers and organizational productivity.
