    Estilos en cuero is a microenterprise located in Madrid Cundinamarca, dedicated to leather goods, being a microenterprise that does not exceed two years in the market, shows some difficulties in administrative issues; precisely because of this problem we are looking for a way to contribute to the internal development of the organization by improving decision making and strengthening the administrative bases in order to cope with market changes, in this situation arises the proposal of the strategic plan based on the systemic approach of Fred R. David, improving administrative management, the analysis of internal and external information through the use of strategic matrices, identifying the strengths and weaknesses of Estilos en Cuero as well as opportunities and threats of the sector. Observing the internal and external factors, the systemic approach is used where the information is analyzed quantitatively, providing a clearer picture in terms of strategic decision making oriented to planning, in order to visualize the guidelines and guidelines that can integrate to adapt to times of uncertainty, thinking in the medium or long term, establishing a process of business growth, achieving a better position in the market by implementing the tools based on planning and identifying opportunities seeking greater efficiency and effectiveness in its internal management.
