    In this case study presented by the integrator seminar, management of human talent (Footwear Barranquilla), which includes several issues that currently owns the organization, which seeks to create an overview regarding the current state of some businesses nationwide. In developing the case study was based on generating strategies within the human resources department, in order to address the main problems affecting the sustainability of the organization. The project involves five subplanes that would provide greater performance to the organization, to seek cost reduction, an increase in the level of productivity, leading to higher profits and projected market consolidation
