Item Propuesta de mejora estratégica de la empresa INVESTIGAR S.A.S.Bedoya Quiroga, Fabian Andres; Charris Luengas, Andres Felipe; Suárez Lozano, Iván FernandoThis integrative project aims to strengthen knowledge in the specialization program in Business Management, which gives an orientation as future professionals of different disciplines, which act as managers of high quality, in this way are projected strategic, organizational and business management functions, with capacities to manage and make decisions that guide creativity and innovation in the development of companies, in a highly competitive and globalized context. The project is carried out taking into account the disciplinary or integrative component, these refer to the title, theme, problem, objectives, justification, reference framework and methodological framework, which is structured from the scope investigative in the development of work. The organization object of this project is INVESTIGAR S.A.S, a company that has 25 years of experience in the services sector, with the social purpose of conducting research of markets and public opinion. It aims to define a model to establish how the company You can improve the management of your staff according to two theories: the administration of resources human resources and the organizational climate considering the impact this has on the culture business and in achieving the company's objectives. Taking into account the above, took into account the theoretical exposure of different authors in the field of strategic management and the administration of companies for the theoretical construction and foundation of each one of the improvement proposals developed in their respective module of the key areas of the organization. Structured based on the diagnosis and analysis of the real situation of the company INVESTIGAR SAS, generating improvement strategies for the company based on the strategic management and the application of indicators that are measurable and enable monitoring, control or direction in the proposed objectives, considering the possible improvement opportunities that it has in terms of business culture and budget projection. The final result is to provide the entrepreneur with proposals for improvement in each of the modules solved along this integrating project, through a methodology qualitative approach with case study approach, where they will be given as follow-up elements management indicators that allow the correct follow-up to each of the proposals for improvement.
