    Identificación y Análisis de las Variables que Influyen Negativamente en el Clima Laboral de la Fuerza de Ventas de PepsiCo Alimentos de Colombia.

    The purpose of the present work is to identify in the real field the variables of PepsiCo Alimentos de Colombia's work environment that negatively affect the daily operations of the commercial force and that have an impact on the sales decline; Presenting the general characteristics of the strategic planning of the organization under study. Thus, information gathering tools and data analysis are applied that allow to probe the problems in the sales area according to the perceptions of the collaborators who clearly detail their experiences in the street as a source of Analysis to identify in detail the weaknesses of that segment of the company. To this end, the document is divided into chapters that describe the traceability of the study carried out by presenting in an orderly way the sequence of actions of the study that lead to the conclusion and even the recommendations. These last two elements are based on the analysis of the author justified in arduous revisions of the administrative theory generated by modern referents; scholars of the various subjects involved. In this way, recommendations are generated on the difficulties and problems encountered that are currently evident in the Organization and which represent a high risk for commercial operations
