    Propuesta de desarrollo turístico a partir de la tradición del bocadillo en el municipio de Moniquirá Boyacá

    The tourist route of the Bocadillo in Moniquirá, it´s an idea to implement for the recognition and development in the municipality in order to transform knowledge into benefits such as the preparation and manufacture of the sandwich showing the work and performance of the farmers and growers of the guava, designs and presentations that help expand the largest influx of tourists and give the municipality significant national and international value. All workers in this industry who have identified the Moniquirá region should be recognized as becoming the holders of a project, generator of employment and sustained economy of a nationally recognized product, this municipality with all its potential of products and factories in operation where its main characteristic is the elaboration and manufacture of the sandwich and the main component is the need of the tourist to explore a new knowledge. For Moniquirá, Bocadillo manufacturing has become the main and only industry that serves tourism in its own establishments and trades the product nationwide, it should be noted that the entire collective of sandwich factories in Moniquirá, generates about 200 direct and other indirectjobs in works of guava pickers or harvesters, raw material transporters, freighters and sales intermediaries.
