At present, and because of globalization, companies in general are in need of having qualified personnel for each specific task within the organization so that it remains productive and competitive in the market, more this sector of transport public. From there arises the concern to inquire about the proper administration of personnel and the selection of suitable drivers for this type of work that is currently handled at STU SA, to verify if it is at the forefront of the market to what it wants today and the user needs This project intends to carry out an in-depth study in the company STU SA, located in the city of Bogotá, so that it is possible to develop a Human Resources proposal to increase the performance and minimize the time of the personnel administration process such as: Planning , recruitment, selection, hiring, induction, training and performance evaluation that must be carried out within the company. The idea arises from the need to implement an effective system for this type of processes in the company STU SA, which will benefit, because thanks to this study the company will know the current status of the Human Resources system and effective processes can be implemented of staff hiring. In addition, as a personal interest you will have the possibility of applying the knowledge acquired throughout the professional career, through the execution of this proposal as a degree project to obtain the undergraduate degree, and acquire great knowledge in the field of administration in general.
