Relación entre estructura y espacio colectivo para el diseño de un coworking en el Barrio el Tintal Norte Bogotá
Barreto-Bernal, Natalia Katherine; Vera-Naranjo, Liz Alberena; Vinasco, Fabio Andres
The following research refers to the relationship between the structure and the collective space for the design of a Coworking in the Tintal Norte neighborhood - Bogota. The interest of this work begins from the mandatory lockdown caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, which forced many Bogota citizens to be forced to carry out work, study, sport, etc. in their homes. This caused alterations in the activities that are normally carried out in their homes; In the Tintal neighborhood, its inhabitants were affected by the fact that most of their homes are VIS-type apartments, which among their characteristics are their few square meters, the non-flexibility of their spaces, which does not allow and limits adaptations to the needs of the constant changes that we have had in the last year. It is also important to highlight the lack of collective and recreational spaces for the community, which has made it more difficult for people to adapt, forcing themselves into more traumatic confinements, generating high levels of stress, making it difficult to coexist within the family.
