Item Impacto que tiene el programa de bienestar en los índices de rotación en la empresa Colompack S.A.Barrero-Lozano, Johanna Patricia; Arboleda-Murillo, Yohana; Ariza-Matamoros, Liz KatherineThe following research project seeks to carry out a study of the influence of the welfare programme on the high staff turnover due to factors other than salary in the company Colompack S.A., where the aim is to reduce this phenomenon by highlighting the motivational elements to create strategies. The sample study was carried out with ten participants; five former employees and five active employees, and an interview was used as an application instrument. This type of research is narrative, where the accounts of the employees' experiences are used to analyse the problem in detail. As a result of the manipulated instrument, it is observed that the benefits of well-being at work of the workers concerning their family system, they find satisfaction with the benefits provided by the company to them and their families. By identifying the needs of the workers in terms of well-being at work and their willingness to participate in the various programmes, the approach that the company offers its employees to prevent work-related illnesses is highlighted. On the other hand, when defining activities that improve the quality of working life, by covering the needs of the workers, it is significant that the employer takes into account the ideas of the collaborators, which generates motivation to carry out the tasks. Finally, the project proposes to restructure the welfare at work programme to have an impact on the problems reflected.
