    Propuesta de estrategia de RSE para mejorar la imagen corporativa en la empresa Medicor Ltda

    The present work of degree is based on the structuring of a strategy of Corporate Social Responsibility for the company Medicor Ltda. Directed for centers of older adults with the purpose of improving the corporate image that is currently in the market, for the elaboration of said strategy and the fulfillment of the established objectives was used as reference the Colombian Technical Guide GTC 180 of Corporate Social Responsibility based on the model (PHVA) Plan, Do, Verify and Act, being this the most appropriate for the company, in the project they were used a series of techniques and instruments for data collection, specifically the analysis of documentary sources, direct observation in the processes and unstructured interviews with the company manager, from which it can be concluded that when using this type of methodology the market has a remembrance in terms of the brand and its social work increasing its recognition in the sector and be highlighted on the competition for the activity carried out in the community.
