Item Relación entre programa productivo y vacío en un equipamiento agroindustrial. (San Benito, Santander).Avila-Hernandez, Diego Andres; Ayala-Amado, Jenny Lizzeth; Jaramillo-Acosta, Laura MarcelaThis research is based on a problem at the spatial level where panelera production and performance by the worker within the trapiches are affected; place predisposed for the extraction and processing of sugarcane juice. On the other hand, the trapiches present a traditional architecture, this leads to a series of problems arising at the spatial level. For this, the empty variable was covered, as dependent on the variable productive program to evidence the relationship between the aforementioned variables in the very design of an agro-industrial equipment in San Benito. Taking the void as an articulating and organizing element of the productive program, theoretically understood as the appropriate space for the development of certain activities where priority is given to the worker, visitor or inhabitant of the place. Based on the above, not only the panelera activity is taken, but in turn it is integrated with the local market and tourism activity of the municipality. Identifying, analyzing and establishing a series of design strategies from the analysis of its current architectural configuration, as well as those aspects that influence the relationship between the variables for the integration of these research activities. From the definition of the field of study, urban strategies are established, which in this case are in a totally rural context. To finish the configuration of a design from the transformation of the vacuum, in relation to its productive program to obtain flexible and functional spaces from the need of each activity.
