    TTR Water Colombia SAS, is a multinational company that develops its corporate purpose in the public and private sector, the headquarters of Colombia celebrates 12 years in the market of pumps for water treatment, in the last 3 years have opened 2 branches in Medellín and the other in Barranquilla. It is a company that works every day to stay in the market and subsist in this medium that is becoming increasingly demanding and competitive; this forces it to make a constant assessment of its environment and market in order to seek opportunities for growth and analysis of their threats. Therefore, nowadays all companies face a more competitive market and depend on the good use of their resources and the management of their strengths. This is why it is proposed that the company must implement or deepen its strategic planning, in order to achieve the goals set. According to the above, strategic planning is a fundamental tool that allows you to ensure the success and permanence of the business in the market, since it offers you the possibility of planning future scenarios, adapting to your surroundings and defining strategies that help you achieve the objectives and to develop the organization in a more efficient way.
