It is a company that works every day to stay in the market and subsist in this medium that is becoming increasingly demanding and competitive; this forces it to make a constant assessment of its environment and market in order to seek opportunities for growth and analysis of their threats. Therefore, nowadays all companies face a more competitive market and depend on the good use of their resources and the management of their strengths. This is why it is proposed that the company must implement or deepen its strategic planning, in order to achieve the goals set.
