    Desarrollo plan de mejora para el programa de alojamiento de la Universidad Nacional de Colombia – sede Bogotá IDAD NACIONAL DE COLOMBIA – SEDE BOGOTÁ

    The present work aims to introduce one of the five programs of Área de Gestión y Fomento Socioeconómico of Bienestar Universitario de sede of Universidad Nacional de Colombia - sede Bogotá, offered to the students who present socio-economic vulnerability and request support for housing worthy. To do it, a theoretical, legal and historical framework on the concept of well-being [bienestar] will be presented, especially the well-being at Universidad Nacional de Colombia - sede Bogotá. Subsequently, each of the proposed objectives at this document will be developed: establish the current status of the program, through the empirical / deductive methodology; formulate an improvement plan through the descriptive methodology, and evaluate the satisfaction of the beneficiaries of the improvement plan, thanks to the qualitative / quantitative methodology. Finally, the results and some recommendations will be presented.
